CSD INTERIORS is a Miami-based design studio creating refined, character-driven spaces for luxury residences, real estate developments, and boutique hospitality concepts. Our work reflects a distinctly European sensibility: restrained, elegant, and deeply attentive to detail. CHARLOTTE SURAND
Founder & Design Director
French-born interior designer Charlotte Surand brings over 11 years of international experience across the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. Educated at ESAIL in Lyon, she has worked on luxury residential and hospitality projects in major design markets including Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
Her portfolio includes projects and collaborations associated with prestigious brands and residences such as Richard Mille, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Mandarin Oriental Residences, and private estates of $20+M in Miami Beach and beyond.
